Join a Conference

Instructions

When you sign up with Reach to conduct your conference calls you will receive an email with instructions.

Send your participants the dial in numbers and participant code provided to you.

You may receive a local and a Toll Free Dial in Number.

Once you dial in, you will hear our recorded greeting.  You will be prompted to enter your access code or your moderator code.  As the moderator you will then enter your moderator code.  As a participant you will enter your participant code.

Star Touch Features

You have a variety of options as a chairperson or moderator on your call:

  • *0 for Operator Assistance (participants can do this also)
  • *1 to Dial out to participants
  • *4 to Record your conference call
  • *5 to place participants in listen-only mode
  • *6 to mute your own line (participants can do this also)
  • *7 to lock your Call
  • *8 to perform a Roll Call
  • *9 to receive a participant Count
